The Level 4 awards are aimed at Managers who are responsible for ensuring food safety in a business. The course involves an in depth look at food safety and food safety management systems. The award provides the candidate with the knowledge to develop and review food safety practices and policies. Candidates will be able to develop new systems or review existing systems. Candidates will learn about Validation, Verification and Review of the documentation.
