The course ensures the candidates are aware of the food safety legislative requirements and their duties to safeguard the health of customers. It is imperative that food handlers are able to demonstrate the food they produce is safe to consume. The course will provide delegates with confidence in their job role and provide an insight into aspects environmental health officers will question during inspections of the premises.
