Level 1 Awareness in Food Safety
The price is for 15 employees.
This course provides an awareness of food safety which is tailored to “low risk food handlers” and can be used as induction training for new staff.
The course is suitable for the following candidates:
New employees with no prior food safety knowledge
Employees handling low-risk or wrapped foods
Front of house employees (serving staff or bar staff etc.)
Back of house employees (kitchen porters or delivery drivers etc.)
