This course is aimed at Managers who are responsible for ensuring food safety in a business. The course involves an in depth look at food safety and food safety management systems. The award provides the candidate with the knowledge to develop and review food safety practices and policies. With the knowledge from the course the candidate can also construct training plans to carry out internal and external training for food handlers.
