FOOD SAFETY

This course is aimed at those who are supervising food handlers across all food sectors. Supervisors are responsible for food safety and also ensuring food handlers are implementing safe procedures. The course provides managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skillset to understand and implement documented food safety management systems such as HACCP.

Supervisors of low and high risk foods
Managers of low and high risk foods
Head Chefs
